Since Vault’s inception in 2015, Mr. Linden has overseen the acquisition of over 20 assets worth over $40,000,000 for the firm. His primary role at the firm is to source, underwrite and negotiate the acquisition and development of net lease properties nationwide, while simultaneously maintaining key stakeholder relationships on both the capital and transactional sides of the business. Mr. Linden was the Chairman of the ICSC N3 Conference in Dallas, TX in 2016, the largest conference in the U.S. focused specifically on net lease real estate. Mr. Linden co-chaired the event in 2015 and has been a speaker at numerous national net lease conferences including most recently the 2015 & 2016 Midwest Net Lease Summits in Chicago and the 2015 IREI Net Lease Conference in New York.
Prior to launching Vault Equity Partners, Mr. Linden was Vice President of Acquisitions for Agree Realty Corporation (NYSE: ADC). During his seven-year tenure at ADC, Mr. Linden sourced, negotiated and closed approximately 160 net leased retail properties for an aggregate purchase price of over $400M. Mr. Linden was responsible for devising strategic acquisition initiatives, determining portfolio allocations, analyzing risks and leading deal execution. Mr. Linden also created and implemented a franchised restaurant acquisition program inclusive of proprietary underwriting models to test and verify unit-level performance and franchisee credit. Prior to being promoted to VP of Acquisitions, Mr. Linden was ADC’s Director of Finance responsible for launching the Company’s acquisition platform in 2010 as well as creating all of the Company’s financial models, debt and equity analyses, audit workpapers and Sarbanes-Oxley internal control matrices.
Prior to joining ADC in 2008, Mr. Linden was a Senior Acquisitions Analyst for Fortress Investment Group (NYSE: FIG), which completed the acquisition of 112 senior living assets comprising approximately 15,000 units and $2.1B during his tenure. Mr. Linden was responsible for underwriting a variety of transaction scenarios including joint ventures and assorted equity participation opportunities, along with devising financing plans. Mr. Linden also acquired 31 manufactured housing communities and RV resorts for approximately $500M while employed as an acquisitions analyst for the Zell-controlled REIT, Equity LifeStyle Properties (NYSE: ELS). Mr. Linden began his career as an auditor with Ernst & Young. Mr. Linden is a Certified Public Accountant and received his Bachelor of Business Administration in 2000 from the University of Michigan Ross School of Business.

Since Vault’s inception in 2015, Mr. Jahnke focus has been on (i) underwriting/diligence on acquisition targets, (ii) ongoing management of Vault’s growing portfolio of assets and (iii) dispositions. In addition, Mr. Jahnke serves as general counsel for Vault.
Prior to founding Vault Equity Partners, Adam Jahnke was an attorney at Honigman Miller Schwartz & Cohn LLP. He was one of the youngest partners in the history of the well-respected firm. During his time at Honigman, he focused on real estate, counseling clients in development, leasing, financing and entity formation and restructuring. Most frequently, he represented national shopping center developers in acquisitions, dispositions, financings (including CMBS loan assumptions) and leases with a particular focus on retail net lease properties. Mr. Jahnke received his Bachelor of Business Administration in 2004 from the University of Michigan Ross School of Business and his Juris Doctor in 2007 from the University of Southern California Gould School of Law.
Mr. Jahnke is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (where he serves on the Planning Committee for the Detroit Next Generation Program) and the Michigan State Bar. In addition, Mr. Jahnke was recently named by both Crain’s Detroit Business and DBusiness Magazine as one of the top business professionals under 40 in Metropolitan Detroit.
